Each safe sold by Advance Safes carries a full one year factory warranty against defects of parts and workmanship. All "M" Series safes carries a full 7 year replacement warranty. Warranties are contingent upon proper installation and use of this product and shall not apply to safes that have been subject to misuse, burglary, accidents or tampering in any way so as to affect the safes's normal performance.
If malfunction occurs during warranty period, no adjustments, credits or bills will be honored unless Advance Safes is notified prior to any repairs and authorization received for same.
The shipping company utilized for delivery will not accept responsibility for a claim of damaged-in-transit shipment if the receiver or customer has signed for delivery. It is strongly advised that the customer (or receiver) examine the purchased safe(s) before acceptance of shipment. Any claim of damage to the shipment must be made prior to acceptance of delivery. Any claim of damage to shipment via Ground Delivery (UPS, Fedex, DHL) must be made directly to the aforementioned carriers. All shipping costs of returned items shall be the responsibility of the buyer. All shipping and delivery costs of purchased safes that are delivered and accepted by the buyer are nonrefundable. Any returned item to Advance Safes' designated warehouse must be in a "resellable" condition. Any user abuse or transit damage incurred shall nullify a refund to the buyer. Any cancellation that transpires while the order is in transit, will incur a restocking/transit charge from the originating warehouse. Any delivery that cannot be completed due to obstructions (ramps, steps, doors, etc.) that were not communicated to Advance Safes prior to delivery, the safe shall be returned to the originating warehouse. The original delivery cost is nonrefundable. Per model and type of safe, a restocking fee will be charged. No credit shall be granted for any purchase that exceeds 10 days from date of purchase. Advance Safes assumes no responsibility for damages while safes are in transit. All claims for freight damage of returned safe(s) must be made by customer directly to the carrier. No credit shall be granted for any returned safe that has been damaged in transit and cannot be resold. Any safe that is damaged due to installation by the client (buyer) after being accepted (received from the delivery company) is the full responsibility of the buyer. The damaged safe cannot be returned for credit.
A custom modification specified by a client for any of Advance Safes LLC's models (exterior, interior, locking, removal of legs, predrilling base for securing, etc.) will classify the specific model as a "Custom Safe." The model in question will not be resellable and consequently no refund can be granted.
